**National Service Compliance Auditor**

**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide independent operational compliance for our customers, staff, and all program areas within Lifestyle Solutions. As part of the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding team, you will also be responsible for providing confidence to executive and board members that operational procedures are fully compliant with standards, policies, and legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Risk management
- Regulatory compliance
- Provide guidance, support, and communications
- Internal assessments and continuous improvement recommendations
- Reporting of risks, concerns, and audit results

**About you**:

- Diploma in Quality Auditing or equivalent, and/or demonstrated experience in Quality Auditing, Compliance, Risk Management and Continuous Improvement
- Demonstrated experience in internal and external assessment processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of current legislations for the Disability and Out of Home Care Sectors
- Demonstrated knowledge of computerised compliance systems, such as iauditor
- Extensive knowledge of process improvement/continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the escalation of improvement action and escalation reporting
- Proven ability to engage with various stakeholders up to executive level
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Highly desirable knowledge and skills:

- Demonstrated experience in the Human Services field
- High level of analytical and reporting skills
- Demonstrated experience in meeting project timelines
- Understanding of External Accreditation processes such as ISO, Office of the Children’s Guardian, and NDIS Commission
- Understanding of a Quality Management Framework
- Crisis Intervention training
