**Our Leisure and Aquatic facilities are located across multiple locations throughout the City of Canterbury Bankstown where we welcome visitors of all ages, and offer programs and services for those who are learning to swim, looking for fitness classes and gym services or taking a leisurely swim at one of our great facilities.**

We are looking for team members that are able to provide a safe and enjoyable experience to our customers and as we prepare for our summer period, we will need all hands-on deck**

This role is graded at $35 per hour (inclusive of casual loading). Additional allowances are also applicable to this position.

To be successful in this position you will need to have:
**Essential**:

- RLSSA Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Working with Children Check Clearance.

**Desirable**:

- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Pool operations certificate
- Experience in the use of various pool equipment and basic maintenance practices
- Knowledge of WHS and Risk Management practices in an aquatic and fitness environment
- Effective complaints handling experience and conflict resolution skills
- Current Class C NSW Driver Licence
- Pre-employment medical clearance
