They are looking for Fruit Growers/ Crop Farmer

As a Fruit Grower, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the growth and development of our orchards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing orchard planting, maintenance, and harvesting schedules.
- Operate and maintain hydroponic and horticultural systems
- Maintaining crop production by cultivating, de-budding and pruning, and maintaining optimal growing conditions
- Monitoring crop health and implementing pest and disease control measures.
- Implementing irrigation and fertilization strategies to optimize yield and quality.
- Collaborating with our agricultural specialists to innovate and improve farming practices.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Pay: $76,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
