**Position Overview**:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in spreading awareness about our charity partners and raising funds to support their initiatives. You will have the opportunity to engage with potential donors face-to-face, sharing the incredible work being done by our partner charities and inspiring them to contribute. This role offers both full-time and part-time positions to accommodate your schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach potential donors in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Communicate the mission and goals of our partner charities with enthusiasm.
- Build rapport and trust with potential donors to encourage contributions.
- Provide information about various donation options and levels.
- Handle objections and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and donations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team fundraising goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for charitable causes and making a difference.
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking door-to-door for extended periods.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Strong resilience and determination.
- Previous sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
