**About the job**:
Provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices.

These include:

- Personal care
- Domestic assistance / light housework
- Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home)
- Engaging in social activities

**Skills Required**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in providing personal care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of various ages, cultures, and abilities.
- Capability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check (mandatory)
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability Support, or Community Services (or equivalent - preferably).
- Current First Aid certificate and PCR.
- Immunisation History (preferably)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (require for transportation shifts).
