Gatton Medical Centre provides a full range of clinical service from consults through to all sorts of procedures including skin. We are a non-corporate, practitioner owned medical centre with a modern and well-equipped treatment room, bright and light consult rooms and fully computerized. Our practice has an excellent reputation with more than 40 years serving the local Community.
**The Tasks**
- Customer service including welcoming patients into the Centre, collecting and entering patient details, answering telephone calls and enquiries, scheduling appointments when required, and Reception duties
- Ad hoc administrative duties and supporting the Practice Manager with day-to-day operations
- Opening and closing the Medical Centre
- Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Previous team leadership experience within a customer service role
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Pracsoft /Medical Director advantageous
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Detail orientated
- Initiative, ambition and ownership
- High standard of presentation
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- Medical admin: 2 years (preferred)
