**Job description**:
As the Quality manager, you play a critical role within the organisation and will be working directly with the Managing Director.

**The day-to-day duties will consist of the following**:

- Manage HACCP documentation and program
- Manage internal and external HACCP audit program
- Manage and maintain all labelling and nutritional information updating as required
- Staff induction and training, including filing of staff records
- Daily factory inspections
- Daily HACCP record checks and management.
- Suppler Compliance checks and record keeping
- Investigate and report on all customer complainants
- Coordinate microbiological testing programs and analysis results
- Maintain all current product specification sheets
- Create new product and nutritional specs are required.

**To be successful, you will have the following**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the food industry
- Bakery industry ideal
- Solid knowledge of HACCP, allergens, product specifications, labelling and supply audit
- Tertiary degree in Food Technology/Science or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communicator
- Team player

**MUST currently reside in Australia and have full time unrestricted working rights.
