**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Transport Administrator to join our transformational team based in Ingleburn. As part of our new Central Transport Hub you will be ensuring a high standard of stakeholder engagement and commercial management.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Effective maintenance and completeness of Transport specific master data and carrier partner rates
- Data entry of carrier rates, lanes, equipment types and payment terms
- Receive and investigate all carrier partner disputes and carrier claims
- Proactive data accuracy and compliance reviews, when required ensure prompt resolution to enable complete cost capture and carrier payments are allocated in the correct month or to contract terms
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly/monthly transport KPI's and reporting
- Support the other Transport Hub locations in performing transport administration and transport planning functions and enquiries when required
- Onboarding administrative processes and conduct TMS training for new carrier partner implementation

**About you**:

- 3+ years in transport related role and an understanding of transport commercials, fuel levy mechanisms and equipment types
- Working knowledge of transport industry, processes and compliance in a similar role ideally working with building materials
- Have a strong analytical and commercial mindset for evaluating and ensuring optimal outcomes
- Customer/supplier liaison, complaint handling, etc
- Be an effective member of a multi-site team
- Able to takes accountability and deliver on commitments
- Clear and precise communication both verbal and written
- Problem identification and solving
- You are a driven individual with hunger to grow and succeed
