**Description**:
RMC Projects - is looking for trade qualified Full-time Carpenter / Maintenance Carpenter to join our Sydney team.

RMC Projects
- We are small Sydney based company, we do a pretty wide range of work on commercial sites and residential sites. We work along a pretty descent bunch of people and have a constant flow of work. As a team we love to have a laugh but also power through the work.

**Tasks**:

- Carrying out all necessary trade work as required to complete the project.
- Construction and maintenance activities (primarily carpentry)
- Plan works and order materials in advance to ensure works are not delayed.
- Participating in pre-start, toolbox, staff meetings, health and safety meetings and other meetings as directed by Supervisor
- Assist in the training and mentoring of local indigenous staff and apprentices.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and all relevant safety related policies and procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
- Certificate III in Carpentry (preferred)
- At least 2-3 years trade experience
- Experience undertaking a high level of housing maintenance and general domestic and commercial construction
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to negotiate, conflict manage and diffuse volatile situations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve positive outcomes
- Capacity to demonstrate a high level of commitment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
