**ABOUT THE POSITION**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Front of House Supervisor at Sushi Jiro, you will play a pivotal role in our restaurant operations. Specifically, your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times during service periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior staff to provide excellent service to customers.
- Develop and manage employee schedules, ensuring that all shifts are adequately staffed, according to operational needs and budget constraints.
- Address and resolve any restaurant-related issues.
- Complete opening and/or closing duties as assigned, and ensure readiness of staff, equipment, stock, stations and floor for service.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1+ year working in a fast-service restaurant management role.
- Exceptional service skills and customer focus.
- Ability to cross-communicate with front and back of the house.
- Possess leadership skills to effectively manage and coordinate FOH staff and any conflicts that may arise.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to mentor and train staff.
- A team player with a positive attitude, capable of contributing to a collaborative work environment.
- Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- working in a fast-service restaurant management role: 1 year (required)
