**About the opportunity**:
Starcom in Sydney are on the lookout for a talented Media Investor to join their agency It is an opportunity to lend your expertise and work on market first clients with leading brands in the FMCG, luxury beauty & fashion, tech & finance, purpose-led healthcare, alcohol, and tourism categories. You will be responsible for managing the day to day buying and implementation of campaigns across both offline and online mediums, as well as partnerships/sponsorships - an excellent pathway to expanding your skill set across all channels.

Working closely with the Investment Lead, you will ensure all client investment KPIs are delivered, and campaigns are completed to the highest standard. Possessing the confidence to build relationships and collaborate with media partners through media briefs is key, as well as identifying new opportunities to deliver best in class work for our clients. As a valued member of the team, you are responsible for driving and enhancing our agency's culture of _Never Standing Still._

Of course, we do require a specific skillset with strong knowledge across all media channels however, what is equally just as important is we hire someone:

**Key Outputs**:

- Manage the day to day buying & implementation across team portfolio of clients
- Work with the account team to ensure clear briefs for all investment activities and challenge aspects according to your knowledge of the media marketplace
- Collaboration with the wider investment team to develop investment recommendations to client
- Ensure regular media collaboration to ensure updates and relevant proactive opportunities are presented to the client
- Assist with the monthly billing process
- Understand the Publicis product offerings and when/where are they best deployed
- Ensure media are treated as partners and work collaboratively with them

**Skills and experience**:

- 1 - 3 years’ experience in the media industry, previous role as an Account Executive or Investor is favourable but not essential
- Experience buying across traditional media and digital channels
- Capability using various media and industry tools including Fusion, Asteroid, Nielsen, MOVE, SMD), Excel and PPT
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and agile to adjust to changing media landscape as well as team, media and client demands.
- Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
- A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others
- A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
