**Your Role
**As part of a centralised shared services function (the Operational Support Squad), you will provide a range of corporate support services to Service Delivery operations based on standard operational procedure, including but not limited to recruitment and onboarding, employment changes and HR support services.

Your tasks will include:

- Recruitment functions including managing requisitions, posting adverts, creating employment contracts and monitoring onboarding progress
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle, and correspondence that relates to this process (advertising, offers of appointment, staff transfers)
- Provide assistance and information to managers and applicants around recruitment functions
- Finalise Payroll records as part of a streamlined recruitment process
- Maintenance of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with policies and procedures
- Liaising with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to progress tasks, providing communication and expectation management

**Your Attributes**

We're looking for a person who has proven interpersonal and relationship management skills

You have:

- Demonstrated high standard of customer service for a positive representation of the Ozcare brand and business operations
- Demonstrate a high standard of personal and professional behaviour consistent with Ozcare's values of Integrity, Respect, Empathy and Compassion
- The willingness and ability to learn all functions of the Operational Support Squad and to provide the highest standards of support to the business, including where applicable, backfill for other team members
- The ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities

**Role Requirements**
- Current National Police Check, prior to commencement
- Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong administration and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
- Well-developed time management skills, including the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a HR Administrator role is desirable
