Squad Coach and Learn to Swim Coach

At The Swim Academy we believe swimming is much more than a sport - it’s a life skill to be enjoyed by everyone, from youngsters to school students to adults, and whether you swim for fun, fitness or competition. Our programs feature learn-to-swim, stroke development, squads and special events.

Our Learn to Swim, Stroke Development and Squad programs focus on developing sound technical foundations and our skilled instructors encourage a love of swimming. Swimmers then progress to Squad Training where land training is a key component and essential for improving performance. We also offer Adult Squad for new and experienced swimmers as well as triathletes.

We are now hiring Squad Coaches and Learn to Swim Coaches of all ages to join our fun, supportive and cohesive Team. We offer:

We have an immediate and urgent need for an experienced squad coach to lead our Ormiston College (at Cleveland) program.

Our Coaches need to be:

- bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on customer happiness
- hardworking with a positive attitude

With 8 stunning locations, you will have the choice to work at our locations in Brisbane’s Inner-west (Stuartholme, Ashgrove, Ithaca Creek, Oakleigh, Milton, Graceville and Sherwood) or bayside at Ormiston College.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
