**Dock Dispatch Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods from trucks and verify the accuracy of shipments and deliveries.
- Schedule and dispatch orders to appropriate couriers, optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Monitor the condition of goods during handling and storage to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments, using Amdocs CRM systems to track and report on delivery status.
- Communicate effectively with team members, drivers, and management to resolve any issues related to dispatch, delivery schedules, or customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies at all times.
- Assist in the training of new staff and provide support to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a dock, warehouse, or dispatch role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $31.23 - $37.12 per hour
