**The Opportunity**:
As an ILS Manager at KBR, you will serve as a strategic technical leader, driving innovation and ensuring excellence across Defence logistics and sustainment programs. You will play a pivotal role in shaping ILS direction, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and influencing program outcomes through expert insight and leadership. This role supports the long-term success of Defence capability initiatives by aligning logistics solutions with operational and business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make informed decisions on logistics strategies, supportability analysis, and sustainment planning.
- Represent KBR in technical forums and Defence stakeholder engagements to resolve key logistics challenges.
- Provide expert guidance to junior ILS professionals and collaborate extensively with engineering, commercial, and project teams.
- Manage assigned resources, including staff and budgets, to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Defence standards, including ASDEFCON and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Support risk management, assurance, and governance activities across the logistics lifecycle.
- A degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Defence ILS or sustainment programs.
- Demonstrated expertise in ILS planning, analysis, and execution.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of Defence procurement and support frameworks.
- Proficiency in ILS tools, systems, and data management.
- Eligibility for membership with a recognised professional body.

Due to the nature of Defence work, applicants must be Australian citizens and **hold an active NV1 security clearance**.
