Building Manager Full Time (Two Residential Complexes, Brisbane Area)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the overall management and presentation of both buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant standards.
Coordinate and conduct property inspections, including entry, routine, and vacate inspections.
Report maintenance issues promptly and arrange necessary repairs.
Prepare property, leasing, and building management reports as required.
Maintain effective communication and positive relationships with Body Corporate committees, property owners, residents, and service providers.
Attend Body Corporate meetings and provide Building Manager reports when needed.
Oversee cleaning and caretaking staff to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard.
Market available properties and manage inspection schedules.
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have a solid understanding of real estate legislation, ethics, and industry standards.
Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in property management.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
