**Your new role as Retail Sales Assistant**:
Join the team at** Vinnies Chatswood **as **Retail Sales Assistant, permanent part-time 30 hours per week**. You will have great interest for vintage collectibles, a keen sense for fashion styles and trends, and exceptional customer engagement skills. There are new things to learn and opportunities to grow your skills as an all-rounder. The team is looking forward to welcoming a new member who will share their passion for retail and contribute to achieving their performance goals.

**The Retail Sales Assistant will**:

- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
- Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
- Work as a team in meeting sales performance targets.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility and availability during weekends and peak times
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
- Understanding of fashion and trends
