The DON brand is Australia’s most loved smallgoods brand. Our heritage goes back to the late 1800’s and we have always been passionate about meat and making meat even better - transforming it into delicious tasting Ham, Bacon, Salami and Smallgoods at our Castlemaine facility.

We are currently looking for Part-Time or Permanent
**Packers, Slicers & Machine Assistants** across all 4 departments at our Castlemaine site

**About the Job**

Whether you're just entering the workforce, a University Graduate, approaching retirement (but not yet ready to hang up the boots), or looking to re-enter the workforce after a period away, DON Smallgoods has a range of rewarding job opportunities in Castlemaine and throughout Victoria.

Experience is not necessary as we will provide you with on the job training.

**Hours available**:
Monday - Friday
- Day Shift (6:00am-3:00pm approx.)
- Afternoon Shift (3:00pm-12:00pm approx.)

**About You**
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate the following abilities and personal attributes:

- A positive attitude and the ability to take direction as required
- Reliability
- Professional and collaborative work approach
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A great work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices at all times.
- proof of eligibility to work i.e. Birth Certificate or Passport
