We’re seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join and lead our small team and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

**Position Overview**:
Recruiting for the busy summer period ahead we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join us on a part-time basis for up to 30 hours per week. In this hands-on role, you will lead and work alongside the housekeeping team to ensure our hotel remains spotless and inviting for every guest. Your leadership and attention to detail will help uphold our exceptional standards, contributing to the guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and collaborate with housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all rooms and public spaces.
- Assist in the training and management of the housekeeping team to ensure consistency in performance.
- Work closely with the hotel & restaurant teams to address guest requests or issues promptly.
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, common areas, our restaurant and other hotel spaces according to our high standards.
- Ensure rooms are stocked with the necessary supplies and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping storage areas.
- Work closely with other staff to ensure efficient room turnover.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Exhibit outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and a professional demeanour.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed including morning to afternoon work.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
