**About the Role**

This is a **full-time salaried position**, working Monday to Friday in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate installation logistics with customers, installers, and suppliers
- Troubleshoot **solar system monitoring issues** including inverter and battery faults
- Maintain accurate records and schedules using **Google Sheets**:

- Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and rebate scheme requirements

**What We’re Looking For**
- Knowledge of **NSW solar and battery rebate programs** (PRC and BSTC)
- Familiarity with **solar PV systems**, inverters, and batteries
- Confident with **Google Sheets** and general data management
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindset

**Highly Regarded (but not essential)**
- 1-3 years of experience in the **solar or renewables industry**:

- Knowledge of common solar tech platforms (e.g. **Fronius, APSystems, Alpha ESS, Sigen**)
- Previous coordination or customer-facing experience
