**About the Role**

As the Venues Experience Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support for events and functions at the Townhall and other Council venues. This entails ensuring appearance of event spaces are maintained to a high standard, and supporting general administration of services to enhance the visitor experience.

This position will provide you with variety, being able to work between front of house and back of house, where you will actively contribute to operations, and maintain knowledge of venue and event details to provide information to patrons and guests.

This is a casual role working varied hours, dependent on bookings and will be across 7 days including nights and weekends.

With a base salary ranging from $33.67 - $37.37 per hour based on demonstrated competencies + 11.5% p.a superannuation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have and demonstrated experience in the provision of client services to a diverse audience such as meet and greet, information provision and event promotions. Strong communication skills are required to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, and experience as working as a productive member of a productive team.
