**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
As a key member of our Portfolio function, you will support the Antler fund's post-investment operations and portfolio management. You will provide hands-on support for our portfolio of founders, along with owning and creating better systems, processes, and opportunities for our teams to ensure they are best supported.

With an existing portfolio of more than 100 companies, and a recently announced second fund - we are seeking to expand our team so that we can ensure we are providing the best support and platform possible to the founders building the defining companies of tomorrow.

**Key Activities include**:

- Portfolio Operations
- Own the processes and tools that help us support our portfolio at scale.
- This includes stewardship of our data and performance tracking for our portfolio companies, management of our Notion which is our founder facing library of assets/information/processes, and also extends to all the systems that we lean on to provide impact and value.
- Create best practice processes & tools to scale across our 100+ strong portfolio.
- Lead portfolio analysis / data requests on an as-needed basis to guide portfolio construction, strategy, reporting, and fundraising.
- Own the suite of proprietary Antler products that assist us in supporting our founders, which includes but is not limited to our Talent Network, Advisor and Operator Network, and Perks library.
- Investments
- Support the due-diligence and completion process for Fund follow-on investments, as well as liaising with Antler's Global Growth Fund Elevate for cross-vehicle opportunities.
- Support select direct initial investment opportunities as part of Antler Australia's Pre-Seed investment mandate.
- Support and manage Investment Committees and hold a presence across our initial investments process to ensure adequate knowledge/familiarity of the founders/teams we are investing in at the point of investment approval.
- Founder Success
- Manage our Slack and Portfolio Community Workspace to ensure that all enquiries and escalations are addressed in a timely manner.
- Proactively share and support the distribution of relevant market trends, reports, insights, grants, and other relevant pieces that would be of value to our broader portfolio.
- Support the coaching and advisory of portfolio teams.
- Portfolio Management, Program, and Community
- Lead the integration of our newly approved founders/teams into our Portfolio function, and own/product-manage our 'phase 2' coaching programme - which is our process to manage our newly invested in teams over their first few months of being a portfolio company, set them up for success with future fundraising, and ensure they are on a positive trajectory.
- Be the point person for adhoc portfolio events, and lead/own portfolio Community Nights.
- VC community engagement - build Antler's presence in the Australian VC landscape with relationship development at top tier VCs and co-investors, as well as attending ecosystem events.
- Support the Antler Advantage (Angel investments function), and Marketing function to ensure they are best equipped to support our portfolio companies.

**About You**
- 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical environment e.g. top-tier management consulting or investment banking firm
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adept proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with financial metrics.
- Highly collaborative approach with strong influencing skills.
- Comfort with holding a direct dialogue with founders.
- High founder empathy.
- Passion for early stage tech start-ups.
- Independent and proactive with a focus on execution.
- Naturally inquisitive and a self-starter, enjoys solving unstructured problems.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with Notion is a bonus.
- Experience or familiarity with venture capital, technology investing, or private equity is a bonus.
