Our client is an industry leader who is looking for warehouse labourers to join their team on a **permanent full-time basis**.
**About the role**:
- Phasing selection and adjustment.
- Loading plastic materials into machine for processing.
- Ensure the safe operation of the machines
- Accurate completion of production paperwork (Production Sheet) and understanding of order sheet to ensure quality and quantity is correct.
- Ability to accurately change saw lengths based on product specification.
- Manual handling and heavy lifting involved (up to 25kgs)
- Safe operation of forklift, pallet jack, and any other lifting equipment.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Forklift License
- Minimum 6-12 months’ experience in Packer role
- On Site Induction Safety Training
- Manual Handling training inc. operation of lifting equipment
- Must be willing to undertake Drug and Alcohol test upon commencement
**Benefits**:
- Competitive salary $69k - $73K per annum
- Upgrade to Packer 2 pay rate after 1-2 months
- Permanent opportunity
- 12 hour day shift 6am - 6pm
- Monday - Thursday (enjoy a 3 day weekend every week)
- Onsite parking
- Paid annual leave allowance
