Head Barista

General Public Food Co are looking for a fresh face to join our Barista team down at Scarbs. We are a suburban venue with a strong focus on servicing our local community with fantastic coffee, sourdough pizza's and baked goods, all backed with a friendly smile and great customer service.

This role would be perfect someone who is looking to take the next step in their barista journey and further their skills by leading a team of equally passionate and experienced barista's. We would be looking for someone who has the following:

- Experience in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years)
- Excellent customer service skills - loves a regular
- Looking to work their way up to a head Barista role
- Great time management skills
- Able to work well within a tight-knit team
- Great attitude and a positive energy
- A love for all things coffee

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
