About the role:
Reporting directly to the Organisational Development and Capability Manager, the Learning Specialist will work to build and implement learning materials from concept to delivery to support the Nando’s Learning framework. This will include the development of programs and tools to support learning and growth of various audiences as well as the creation of content and activities that are suited to a diverse group of key business stakeholders, in restaurant.
Key responsibilities:
- End to end project management of the design process from concept through to implementation for digital learning materials- Responsible for creating media to support learning as well as the adaptation of instructional materials- Build strong relationships with the Operations team to ensure that new training is relevant, creative, engaging and fun for our people- Work hand in hand with Organisational Development and Capability Manager and Marketing to ensure all learning materials and communications are aligned with the Nando’s brand and culture-
- Measure effectiveness and drive better outcomes using data insights and analytics.- Undertake training needs analysis utilising competencies- Contribute to core L&D reporting and evaluation- Contribute to projects and seek ways to continuously improve our recruitment, onboarding, and training experience for Nandocas
Who are we looking for?- Tertiary qualification in Instructional Design, Education or relevant experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- End to end project management- Knowledge of contemporary L&D design practices and learning principles-
- Proficiency with SCORM, Articulate 360, Graphic editing software, storyboarding, video editing and the Microsoft Office Suit
