Forklift Driver

ON-GOING FORKLIFT DRIVING VACANCIES- AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE START

Work is based around Brisbane's Southern Suburbs (Redbank Plains, Richlands, Carole Park, Inala & Berrinba).

**Key Duties**:

- Safely operate forklifts to unload palletised goods using container ramps;
- Loading and unloading containers
- Use forklifts to attach container ramp to shipping containers.
- Use of shrink wrap to manually wrap palletised goods
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience as a labourer or forklift operator. You will be a proactive and self-motivating individual with a can-do attitude and continuous improvement mindset.

**To be successful you will possess**:

- A current and valid LF forklift licence
- Physically fitness and the ability to move heavy weights if necessary
- Previous demonstrated experience in forklift operation
- Experience using Clamp forklift will be highly regard
- Ability to work afternoon shift Monday to Friday
- Great level of reliability and commitment to work
- A sense of urgency and piece work mentality
- Drivers licence and own transport
