**We're hiring**: Qualified Horticulturists/Gardeners
- Strong work ethic
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning (on and off the job) with ongoing solo mentoring from the owner.
- Passion for all aspects of gardening
- Current driver's license
- Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience
