**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Night Shift Load Out team at our Kilcoy facility. Role includes but is not limited to:

- Preparing and compiling dispatch documentation
- Timely completion of Meat Transfer Certificates (MTC’s) & Seal books (Australian Government Issued)
- Maintain and enter daily manning requirements, attendance and payroll assistance
- Efficient and accurate data entry into Microsoft AX
- Work with the Supervisors to ensure all compliance requirements are completed on time.
- Ensure an efficient and professional flow of information to all internal and external stakeholders

**REMUNERATION**

This is a salaried position, which will discussed further with progressing applicants.

**ROSTER**

Night Shift - 4pm to 4am | 7 Day Roster - 4 on 4 off, then 3 on 3 off.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in Warehouse/Logistics environment (highly regarded)
- Strong communicator, and a team player
- Intermediate computer skills in data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with Microsoft AX (highly desirable)
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
