Join a highly passionate team of care and operational staff as a Residential Manager of a 99-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

As a Residential Manager, you will work closely with the Regional Manager to maintain the performance of the facility with regard to budget management, engagement with employees, quality assurance and the best level of clinical care.

**The Role**
- Manage day to day operations of a 99-bed modern aged care facility
- Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
- Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
- Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
- Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
- Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
- Facility located in Burwood

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 2 years experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
