Care Integrity Agency is looking for compassionate and reliable **male and female support workers** to form a dedicated team for a female **NDIS client in the Caulfield area**. This is a **24/7 rostered role**, offering **consistent and rewarding work** across **morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts** from **Monday to Sunday**.

**Your Role**:
As a support worker, you will provide person-centered care and assistance to enhance the client's quality of life. Your duties may include:
**Personal care** - assisting with showering, toileting, and hygiene support
**Community access** - accompanying the client to social activities and appointments
**Mobility support** - including manual handling, hoist use, and wheelchair assistance
**Transportation** - driving the client to outings, appointments, and recreational activities
**Domestic assistance** - meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe environment
**Behavioral and mental health support** - offering emotional support and guidance in daily life

**What We’re Looking For**:
Experience in the **disability, aged care, or community services sector**
A **compassionate, reliable, and professional** approach
Strong **communication skills** and a commitment to person-centered care
**Flexible availability** and a **long-term commitment** to the role

**Essential Requirements**:
✔ The **right to work in Australia**
✔ A **valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle**
✔ **NDIS Worker Screening Check**
✔ **Working with Children Check**
✔ **COVID-19 Vaccination Proof**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- National Police Check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
