**The role**:

- Support the Store manager to achieve sales, profits and KPI’s
- Passion for creating a unique customer experience
- Creative visual merchandising in-store
- Ensuring OHS Standards are in place and met
- Inspirational coaching and training to your team
- Strong communication

**To be successful will need to have**:

- Minimum 2-3 years retail experience, and a love for lighting and interior design
- Energetic, positive and bubbly nature
- A sense of style and creative mind
- Attention to detail
