- Has barista experience and are confident working in a busy environment
- Are quick on the machine without compromising quality
- Thrive during peak periods not just mornings, but lunch and afternoons too
- Love connecting with people and creating a welcoming vibe
- Are well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player
- Have flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading hours
- Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card (essential)
