**Who are we looking for?**

Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful running of all catering operations. As the Catering Supervisor you will be a skilled communicator with proven people management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

**Key focus**:

- Managing high performing catering teams.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a retail business, including managing sales, inventory, customer service, marketing, and customer interactions.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Lead, develop, and manage a diverse work force ensuring they understand the role and can meet performance objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement and utilise our systems, policies and procedures with a view towards improving the efficiency of village operations.
- Familiar with HACCP compliance and remote site HSE requirements.
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence, listen, guide and interact effectively with all stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and cultural competence.
- Strong people management skills and proven ability to build and support team cohesion.
- Excellent computer, compliance and reporting skills.
