General Tradesperson

Emploria is seeking skilled and motivated Tradespeople to join ongoing boat-building and marine maintenance projects across Melbourne.

This role suits individuals with backgrounds in carpentry, plumbing, fitting, or general maintenance who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

You’ll be contributing to the construction, fit-out, and repair of high-standard vessels in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general trade duties such as installation, fitting, cutting, sealing, and repair work.

Work with materials including timber, fiberglass, and marine fittings.

Assist with plumbing and structural setup within vessels.

Maintain high safety and quality standards in line with project specifications.

Collaborate effectively with other trades and supervisors to meet build timelines.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, or related trade work.

White Card (mandatory).

Trade qualification or apprenticeship (preferred but not essential).

Good attention to detail and ability to follow plans or technical drawings.

Reliable transport and positive work ethic.
