**About the role**
Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, this role will oversee operations for a vibrant and diverse region in the McConnell Dowell business. With revenues approaching $1.5 billion, McConnell Dowell Australia is searching for a talented and driven leader who will exemplify, promote and deliver upon our vision, values and performance goals.

As a key member of the NSW/ACT regional management team, you will play an essential part in organisational strategy from bid selection to delivery and completion. By taking a leading role in the success of a growing region you’ll have the opportunity to influence outcomes that make a genuine difference to the success and culture of McConnell Dowell and the communities we partner with.
This role will be based in our North Sydney office, with site travel as required, and offers flexible working arrangements.
