**Your Role**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prepare project documentation & plans using Revit, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Lead the creation, management, and revision of high-quality technical and non-technical documentation & plans, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
- Review and edit documentation & plans for clarity, style, and adherence to company standards, ensuring high-quality outputs.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and building strong relationships with peers, clients, and consultants.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure documentation meets project goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan, including determining expenses and project timelines

**About you**
- Relevant qualification at Diploma level or higher and at least 3+ years of experience
- Extensive experience in documenting architectural projects, with a strong technical acumen.
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale architectural projects across various sectors.
- Proficiency in Revit and design software, with the ability to lead project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of proactively managing client relationships while staying organized and prioritizing tasks.
- Resilient under pressure, with a collaborative approach to working with clients, teams, and across projects.
