Bronte Kids Pre-school is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Room Leader to join our very new Nursery Room

Bronte Kids is a small family-owned pre-school focused on providing high quality care to children from ages 2-5. Your New Role:
Our centres are purpose built to provide a clean and inclusive environment to encourage the children’s innate love of learning and a positive social development.

You will support the centre and encourage learning by:

- Developing, planning and implementing a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and tailored to babies/infants
- Monitoring and documenting children's progress & individual children's portfolios
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced staff within the Centre
- Developing open communication channels with staff, children and families of the Centre
- Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
- Complying with the Centres' policies and procedures along with licensing, legislation & regulations.

What do you need to succeed?
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood
- OR Cert III qualification with Room Leader Experience in a nursery
- Current First Aid Certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current WWCC
- Previous experience and knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and National Regulations
- A willingness to further your professional knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A deep interest in the wellbeing of infants and their families

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
