Due to internal promotion and re-hiring we are now seeking a **Retail Store Manager** based in either our **Ringwood **or **Heidelberg Stores**.

These are **Full-Time Permanent** roles, with good career progression opportunities.

We sell every type of battery and related accessories via Retail Stores and warehouses in VIC, TAS, NSW, WA & QLD. Excusive or Tier-1 relationships with Panasonic Automotive, ANBI, AMARON, Pure Energy, VARTA, Victron Energy and others has allowed us to become the largest independent sales channel for many of these leading Brands and positions us for continued strong growth.

**About You**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.

You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service.

It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
- Current Driving Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
