Our client is looking for an EUC Technician - FIFO. This role involves leading and providing support for end-user devices, troubleshooting IT infrastructure and network operations, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide end-user support for IT services, including troubleshooting desktop devices, mobile/phone devices, printer devices, audio/visual equipment, and other related IT devices.
- Collaborate with Network/Infrastructure teams and Project Management Team to ensure effective maintenance and support of regional voice and data networks, servers, storage, and end-user environments.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of regional IT service delivery processes and compliance standards.
- Participate in regional and global IT Service delivery meetings and drive for continued improvement.
- Participate in various IT projects as needed and maintain a consistently high quality of work across all responsibilities.

**Skills**:

- Strong IT knowledge and understanding with deep skills in IT operations, customer relationship management, and outsourcing vendor relationship management.
- Experience and knowledge of facilities and related disciplines applicable to the region, such as data centre management, communication systems, access control, and more.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
