**About the Role**:

Your key responsibilities revolve around supporting the Lifestyle Team in implementing group or individual lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life and well-being of our residents.

**Your primary functions will be**:

- Engage in friendly conversations and active listening with residents.
- Participate in lifestyle activities such as games, arts and crafts, or music sessions.
- Accompany residents on short walks or outings.
- Assist with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests.
- Provide emotional support and a compassionate presence.

**Skills & Experience**
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and understanding when interacting with older adults.
- Respect for cultural diversity and a willingness to learn about residents' backgrounds.
- Reliable and punctual.
