**About the role**:
Fort Knox Self Storage is seeking an exceptional Site Managers to lead and support our West Melbourne team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing one of our facilities and maximizing our sales team potential and driving exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing one of our facilities and maximizing our sales team potential and driving exceptional customer experience.
**Sales & Customer Service**: Fort Knox Self Storage Managers lead and support our storage experts to ensure they offer superior storage solutions that are easy for our customers.
**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with your team to align goals and synergy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
**Team Development**: Coach, train, develop and provide support to sales team. Review and ensure effective roster and labour costs.
**Customer Centric**: Foster strong relationships with our customers addressing their needs promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
**Debt Management**: Review bad debtors for your facility and initiate follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards for delinquent accounts and lien proceedings.
**Reporting and Documentation**: Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales to your Area Manager. Compile and maintain necessary documentation, including but not limited to customer data and compliance materials.
**Commercial Awareness**:You need to have enthusiasm and good commercial awareness to grow market share and increase site occupancy.
**Skills and Experience**:
- **2+ years’ experience** **managing** a retail sales, estate agent team or like environment.
- **Fluency in Microsoft Office suite** (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- **Leadership Skills -**Inspires and motivates the team, sets clear expectations, and leads by example.
- **Customer Service Excellence -**Prioritises customer satisfaction, effectively handles complaints, and builds rapport with clients.
- **Sales-Driven Mindset-**Focuses on meeting or exceeding sales and occupancy targets, with strong upselling abilities.
- **Accountability and Integrity-**Takes responsibility for the store’s performance and consistently upholds company values.
- **Adaptability and Flexibility-**Responds well to changes in demand, client needs, and seasonal variations in business.
- **Effective Communication-**Communicates clearly with both the team and customers, fostering transparency and collaboration.
