This is a great opportunity for a motivated Store Manager to join our Epping store and lead the team to success.

We value our Store Managers and reward them accordingly with professional development opportunities, attractive remuneration and rewards/recognition programs. On offer is an attractive base salary of $62K per annum plus legislative Superannuation and the potential to earn an additional 20% annually (paid quarterly) through our rewarding Store Manager Incentive Program with further uncapped earning potential based on over delivery of targets.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Managing and handling food preparation
- Store opening and closing duties
- Inventory management and stock control
- Assisting in recruiting, training, and rostering
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the store
- Supporting and developing the team to ensure they are providing best in class customer service within an enjoyable working environment
- Working with Management team to improve procedures
- Consistently maintaining brand standards
- Adhering to food handling, safety, and hygiene standards.

**Individual Attributes**
- 3-5 years proven experience in a similar role (solid Management Experience)
- Previous experience with Profit and Loss statements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to achieve exceptional sales results
- Strong work ethic and a passion for training, developing and motivating team members
- High attention to detail
- Problem & conflict resolution skills
- A reliable and 'can-do' attitude
- Available to work on weekdays and weekends - 38 hours total.
