Farm Worker

Our client, requires a Farm Worker to assist in the running of their farm operations in southern NSW.

Requires experience and knowledge in weed control and pasture management. The purpose of the role is to carry out a wide range of general farm work, and project related tasks to maintain and improve property pastures through weed control, pasture management, seeding and fertilising. On occasion this will require the operation of our farm machinery and equipment such as tractors. Must have knowledge and experience working within Biosecurity guidelines and protocols.

Experience working with cattle and Artificial Insemination practices and qualification in Agriculture are highly desirable.

Skills required:

- Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure in remote areas
- Flexible attitude to work hours and conditions
- current drivers licence (truck licence required)
- Computer knowledge

This role is physically demanding and employees are often required to work in extreme weather conditions and outside standard hours of work dependent upon seasonal priorities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
