**Casual Kitchen Hand Position Available in Melbourne CBD**

An exciting opportunity to work with the Trader House Restaurant group at Gimlet located in the CBD.

We offer pay above award rates, staff meal, no double shifts.

Offering casual shifts 7 days a week, lunch or evening available.

**Duties**:

- Operate large automatic dishwasher safely - cleaning pots/pans, kitchen equipment and dishes.
- Organise dishes/equipment back and throughout the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organised dishwashing area
- Organising and cleaning bins areas
- Remove waste from kitchen bins and replace with clean liners
- Pack down
