**About the Role**

This is a great opportunity for a P&C Advisor who enjoys working autonomously in their role and having a positive impact on people. Reporting to the P&C Manager you will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to leaders, using intermediate level technical knowledge on a broad range of HR policies, programs and practices. This includes researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve team-based issues and taking a systemic view to improving firm performance by:

- Driving “PiP Pulse” culture survey and other retention initiatives
- Managing Performance Management Process.
- Delivering People Skills training
- Assisting in designing and organising the regional bi-annual conference (UP Day)
- Implementing HR processes and policies
- Collaborating with global team to develop and drive ad-hoc people and culture projects.

**About You**
- High level of empathy and listening skills - able to influence Heads of Departments
- Enjoys having autonomy and freedom in their role - able to take responsibility and accountability.
- Show compassion and understanding
- Innovative with an appetite for improving things
- Grounded, pragmatic and down to earth
- Willingness to get involved and get hands dirty
- Previous experience in either a corporate or P&C role.
- This role could also suit a recent HR Graduate.
- Passion for results: tracks progress and recognises when a change of approach or escalation are required to deliver on time; identifies and suggests ways to improve processes
- Great problem-solver: able to identify problems before they escalate.
