Conveyancing Clerk

We are seeking a Full-time skilled and dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Hope Legal Pty Ltd in Warwick, QLD. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals in the successful completion of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated experience managing conveyancing files in Queensland is preferred.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and relevant government bodies.
- Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as contracts of sale, settlement statements, and transfer documents.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the transaction process.
- Assist solicitors with additional administrative or legal tasks as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal is highly regarded.
