About us

FISHBOWL is one of the most trusted brand offering fresh made-to-order salads with a Japanese twist. We started in 2016 in Bondi and have now expanded into 30 locations across Sydney and Melbourne.
We're looking for the right manager to lead our dynamic team and grow the brand with us.

Skills and experience:
We're looking for someone at the beginning of their career, you're highly motivated, a natural leader and ready to grow with us.
A passion for food and restaurant operations
Desire to make an impact on customers and team members.
A can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects.
Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast pace environment.
Belief in and passion for the FISHBOWL lifestyle and our core values.
Strong leadership behaviours, approachability, and a reputation as role model.
Personal characteristics reflective of FISHBOWL: self-motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, flexible, fun-loving personality, and ethical with a high degree of integrity.

Your tasks:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of your restaurant
Be active in planning and restaurant operations to allow for future growth
Manage all expected reporting, sales and expenses
Lead by example & role model our standards and behaviours
Supervise and coach your staff to deliver FISHBOWL's core values and culture
Deliver superior customer service, every customer, every time
Demonstrate and reinforce basic people minimums, respect all team members, work as a team to deliver the brand purpose
Maintain critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation minimums.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $84,999.00 per year

**Experience**:
Restaurant experience: 2 years (preferred)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Shift work
