**Job Description**:
**Your new opportunity at Nine.**

As a Sales Coordinator you will support Nine Radio’s Sales team to sell radio ads to independent agencies in the highly competitive Melbourne market. You will be involved in campaign booking and management, liaising with clients and all the general administrative duties required to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team.

Day to day you will:

- Work with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, as well as from current and lapsed client lists
- Develop an in depth knowledge of Nine Radio and digital products within your portfolio and be confident talking to clients and responding to requests
- Provide effective, timely and accurate responses to client enquiries
- Receive creative and ensure campaigns are trafficked and set live as required
- Provide clients and Sales Executives with regular updates and campaign tracking.

What we would like to see on your resume:

- Experience in similar Sales Support or Coordination roles
- Exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation methods
- Sound word processing and database management skills
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team, or autonomously, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, dynamic environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Radio and digital media experience and/or knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
- Internal system knowledge eg cyber-sell, salesforce, PIO also an advantage, but again not essential
