With your passion for customer service and as the first point of contact for visitors to Warrawong Multicultural Village, you will provide professional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community.

**The requirements | What it takes to do this work**
No matter your role, it takes a real love of caring, a willingness to jump in and do the work, and a genuine desire to make a difference. As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll also need:

- Extensive customer service experience in a customer facing role
- Requirement to fill operational need, Roster
- every Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 16:30
- Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation
- Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated strengths in the area of planning, time management, flexibility and technology use
- An understanding of the needs of older people
