**The Role (you do everything)**
- Cook our fluffy soufflé pancakes
- Greet guests, run POS, manage queues.
- Make drinks, barista, assemble orders.
- Prep, portion, plate, and support the pancake station.
- Dishes, cleaning, restock; open/close checklists.
- Follow tight SOPs for speed, consistency, and food safety.

**What you’ll do**
- Show a meticulous attention to detail.
- Deliver fast, friendly service during rushes.
- Keep the space spotless.
- Communicate clearly under pressure.

**You**
- Coachable, fast, calm under pressure; tidy and punctual.
- Basic (home) cooking skills.
- Evenings + weekends available.
- Clear communication; team-first attitude.
- Barista experience highly regarded

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
